Jobtide provides a cloud-based field service management platform designed for trade professionals including plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, and other service providers. The Service includes job scheduling, customer management, invoicing, dispatching, and related business tools.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.
We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial period, your account will be converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time without notice.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
